Q: How can I make a deposit?

A: You may make a deposit in a SECU branch of financial center, at a deposit taking ATM, or through remote deposit using your mobile phone or scanner. You may also set up Direct Deposit or make an ACH credit.

Q: How do I change my mailing/email address?

A:If you have online banking, you may make these changes by visiting “My Profile” in the left nav bar.

If you do not have online banking, visit a SECU branch or call us at 410-487-7328 or 800-879-7328.

Q: How do I find a SECU branch and their open hours?
A: You may find a branch through our mobile or online Locator.

Q: How many joint owners may I have on a checking or savings account?
A:There is no limit to the number of joint owners you may have on SECU checking and/or savings accounts.
