Business Savings

Savings Options for All Types of Businesses

Building up your savings is one way to sustain operations and reach your business goals. At SECU we offer our business members a variety of options so you can choose the right account for your needs. Whether you’re running a nonprofit or managing finances for a small startup or larger organization, you can expect:

  • Minimal fees
  • Competitive rates
  • Online and mobile banking
  • A SECU team that’s ready to set you, and your savings, up for success

Standard Savings

While typically offering a lower interest rate than our other options, a business savings account is considered one of the safest ways to grow your funds. You can also deposit and withdraw funds easily. Learn more about this low-risk, limited-return option by speaking with a SECU team member.

Money Market

Our business money market account puts your business’s hard-earned money to work for you, until it’s needed. Enjoy convenient access to funds at any time via Mobile and Online Banking, with no fees for withdrawals, additional deposits, or transfers. With minimum deposit requirements, your APY depends on what you invest.

High-Yield Money Market

If you have substantial money set aside for a rainy day, our high-yield money market may be an option to consider. With a minimum deposit of $100,000, you can earn higher interest rates without limiting your transactions or incurring fees. This account is a great way to increase your savings faster while maintaining access to your funds.

Certificate of Deposit

Our certificate of deposit (CD) requires you to deposit your funds for a specific term length. We offer a fixed interest rate that’s usually higher than our other savings account options. However, if you withdraw your funds before the term ends, there may be fees.
