SECU is committed to the financial well-being and education of our members. Our resources provide learning tools aimed at providing you with the knowledge and skills needed to make thoughtful and informed decisions about your finances.

SECU’s Financial Wellness Resources include online information and virtual and in-person workshops that provide the tools to education employees, staff, students and the greater community about various topics.

Presentations:

SECU representatives and subject matter experts facilitate virtual and in-person seminars covering various topics such as budget planning, identity theft prevention, first time home-buying, investments, retirement planning and more. GreenPath Financial Counseling:

In addition to interactive financial learning and as a benefit of your SECU membership, we have partnered with GreenPath Financial Wellness (opens in new window) to provide you access to one-on-one financial counseling, debt management services, credit report review and financial education tools. Financial Counselors provide impartial and confidential assistance via phone to help you understand and resolve your concerns and regain control of your finances. Financial counselors are available:

  • Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
  • Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
  • Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
