At SECU, we are committed to making sure your account is protected against fraud. Our dedicated Security and Loss Prevention team continuously monitors your accounts looking for fraudulent activity to reduce the risk of you becoming a victim. Although no process is perfect at preventing fraud, we believe our methods work well to protect you and your accounts.
Always know that SECU will never contact members via phone, email, text message or cell phone to request personal information such as account numbers, passwords, debit or credit card numbers, expiration dates, or personal identification numbers (PIN). If you receive a communication asking for these details, do not respond and call us directly to report it.
With ever-changing technology, identity thieves and other fraudsters continue to look for different ways to access secure information and engage in fraudulent activities. We are partners in keeping your accounts and identity safe.
