SECU MD Named Preferred Credit Union Partner of Coppermine, Expanding Financial Wellness Across Youth Sports Community
Collaboration centered on holistic wellness to reach families and athletes across Maryland
Baltimore (July 7, 2026) – BASE Sports Group is proud to announce a new partnership between State Employees Credit Union of Maryland (SECU MD) and Coppermine, naming SECU the “Preferred Credit Union Partner” of the Coppermine community. The collaboration will deliver financial education resources, on-site activations, and integrated digital content to thousands of athletes, families, and staff across Coppermine’s portfolio statewide. SECU’s investment reflects a shared commitment to empowering families through accessible financial education and community-driven support. On-site activations throughout the year will take place across Coppermine’s premier properties and events, including NFL Flag Football programming, summer camps, and the annual Cascade Lights holiday event.
