We do not offer this service. However, anyone can visit www.annualcreditreport.com to check their own credit report for free, once annually.

If you notice an error on your credit report while applying for a SECU loan, please contact SECU immediately to rectify the issue.

Visit any of our financial centers or schedule a virtual appointment to add a joint owner to an existing account.
To change the name on your accounts, please schedule an appointment. Bring the following documentation:
- An updated government-issued ID
- Legal name change documents (ex. marriage certificate or divorce decree)
