Meet the Manager
Renzo Espinoza has worked in the financial services industry for several years, and joined SECU in 2022. He was born and raised in Peru, and received his degree in Economics. He is passionate about SECU’s vision to serve members and the community and to help people achieve their financial goals and realize financial well-being.
Renzo is happily married and has 3 children. He is currently attending University of Maryland to pursue a degree in Computer Technology. When he isn’t working, he enjoys soccer, traveling, and spending time with his family.

William Harper specializes in purchases and refinances in Frederick County and the surrounding areas. He has over 8 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and has vast knowledge in all areas of consumer lending and banking. William strives to give exceptional customer service, and ensures customers thoroughly understand their entire financial picture so that they can achieve their dreams of buying a home.
William was born and raised in Maryland and has been a resident of Frederick for the past 4 years. When he is not helping his clients reach their homeownership goals, you can find William spending time with his friends and family, walking his dog, or spending time at the beach.
