Meet the mortgage loan officer
Steve Kanaras has over 20 years of experience in the home finance and banking industry. He joined SECU in 2021. He has helped hundreds of people finance their homes and works hard to make the stressful process of buying a home easier and more enjoyable. He has the knowledge, experience, and skill to find the right solution for members’ home financing needs. Steve specializes in first time homebuyer programs, jumbo mortgages, and investment properties. His primary location is in Montgomery County, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia.
Originally from New England, he has lived in Maryland for twelve years.
