GreenPath is a trusted national nonprofit that offers free, impartial, and confidential assistance to SECU members on financial topics like:

Highly trained financial counselors will work one-on-one with you over the phone to help you understand and resolve your financial concerns and regain control of your finances.
How to contact GreenPath
Call 877-337-3399 (866-772-2235 for Spanish) to speak with a counselor. Appointments can be scheduled for more complex concerns that require extended time on the phone.
Financial counselors are available Monday through Saturday (all times are Eastern).
- Monday – Thursday: 8am – 10pm
- Friday: 8am – 7pm
- Saturday: 9am – 1pm
