Access your accounts anytime with bank-by-phone

All you need is a phone to access your accounts 24/7 using bank-by-phone, our automated telephone banking service.

Simply call 410-487-7930 or 888-643-9777 and enter your SECU member number and your special bank-by-phone personal identification number (PIN). Note that this is not your debit card PIN.

You can navigate and interact with the system using your voice for a fast and easy experience. You can also use your phone’s keypad to select touch-tone system options.

With bank-by-phone, you can:

  • Confirm account and loan balances
  • Transfer funds among your accounts
  • Hear your latest ATM, check card, and ACH transactions
  • Find out which checks have cleared
  • Make a loan payment by transferring funds from other SECU accounts to your loan account
  • Request a withdrawal or personal line of credit advance by check ($5 minimum, delivered by mail)

If you are using bank-by-phone for the first time and need to set your PIN or if you forgot your current PIN, call us at 410-487-7328 or 800-879-7328, Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm or Saturday, 9am to 1pm, and a member services representative will be able to assist you.
