SECU Supports Financial and Scholastic Education

While many institutions have reduced their community involvement, SECU has remained fully committed to helping our communities become stronger and financially healthier, one member and one household at a time.

As part of that commitment we are pleased to sponsor the SECU State Employee Scholarship.

SECU has invited Maryland state employees and their college-bound family members to participate in our annual State Employee Scholarship program since its inception in 2006. Over the past ten years, SECU has given over $290,000 in scholarships to Maryland state employees and their family members who attend college, graduate school, or trade school.
