Help with complex financial matters
In addition to interactive financial learning, SECU offers members free telephone counseling for assistance with more complex financial matters.
SECU has partnered with GreenPath Financial Wellness to provide members and their families free, impartial and confidential assistance with:
- Budgeting
- Credit
- Debt management
- Housing counseling
Highly trained financial counselors will work with you, one-on-one, by phone to help you understand and resolve your financial concerns and regain control of your finances.
Call 877-337-3399 (866-772-2235 for Spanish) to speak with a counselor. Appointments can be scheduled for more complex concerns that require extended time on the phone.
Counseling hours
Financial counselors are available Monday through Saturday (all times are Eastern).
- Monday – Thursday: 8am – 10pm
- Friday: 8am – 7pm
- Saturday: 9am – 6pm
