 Online Banking service Frequently Asked Questions

Account Access Support: If you have questions about your account access, call SECU's Call Center Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, or Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM, at 410-487-7328 or 800-879-7328. Every screen in the Account Access and Bill Pay services includes a HELP key. Detailed and easy-to-read HELP information is included for each type of transaction. You may also click on the word, "e-mail" in the message at the bottom of each HELP screen to send a question to SECU.
Lockouts: If you forget your PIN/password and cannot access SECU Online Banking and entered an incorrect PIN three times, you will be locked-out of the system. Call SECU's Call Center Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, or Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM, at 410-487-7328 or 800-879-7328. SECU will reset your account. The account will be reset for three new attempts to connect to Online Banking. Please try to access Online Banking later that day after the account has been reset.
If you cannot remember your password/PIN, and had previously set up password reminder answers within User Options in Online Banking, click on the "Forgot your Online Banking PIN?" link option in the Online Banking Sign In area. It will walk you through the steps with answers you provided to chosen questions in order to retrieve your password/PIN. |

24-hour account access
This free service allows you to:
- View account history on any SECU deposit account, including your SECU VISA credit card and most SECU loans.
- Verify balances, deposits, withdrawals, and interest paid.
- Transfer money among your accounts.
- Request a withdrawal by check.
- View check images.
- Download your records to personal financial software.
Free Bill Pay
You'll never write a check or need to search for a stamp again with SECU's online Bill Pay service. Benefits include the following:

Free Online Statements
Tired of filing bulky paper statements? Once you become an Online Banking member, sign up for free online statements and receive your account statement online. We'll send you an e-mail letting you know when your most current statement is ready to view. For your convenience, we'll begin storing up to six months of past electronic statements once you're enrolled. Signing up is easy:
- Log on to Online Banking.
- Click on the "Account Access" button.
- Click on the "Online Statements" button.
- Read the disclosure and follow the simple directions.
- You'll begin to receive your online statement within two statement cycles.
To discontinue online statements, call the SECU Contact Center at 410-487-7328.
 Online Banking Demonstration
Test Drive SECU Online Banking with our Online Banking Demo, then decide. In the upper right-hand corner of SECU's home page click on "Launch Demo." The link will pre-fill the Member # and Online Banking PIN # fields. Click on the "Sign In" button. The Online Banking Demo will start. Try it now.
